Counselling Services

At some stage of our lives we may feel worried or unhappy about our individual circumstances.
Family and friends can help, but there are times when you need to talk with someone who is not close to your situation, someone who is qualified to help you work through your difficulties. Here to listen
Dyslexia Support Group
Facilitated by a Dyslexia Specialist with the aim of sharing information, support and to seek advice about Dyslexia and Irlen Syndrome, this group is an informal, supportive environment.
They can be used as a space for children to bring their school work along to (for support with strategies to tackle specific areas of study) and to look at resources.
These meetings are available to anyone with dyslexia or who is supporting a person with dyslexia.
Early Essentials Stockport
We coordinate, create and pack the most beautiful moses baskets full of essentials items for the period immediately after birth to the most vulnerable new mums and their babies in Stockport. We have close links with health and social care professionals and care passionately about providing every mother in Stockport who has nothing with what they need.
You can drop off donations at the LifeCentre and see the full list of what we take here.
